LAUREL is a lively 17 year old who came to Paws & Claws in 2008 when his owner emigrated (his twin brother Hardy died soon after).
As he kept being overlooked we moved him from the homing block into the Pavilion so that he had more room while waiting for a new home. Unfortunately he was a bit too lively for the other residents so was moved back into a pen.
Partly because he was getting bored and partly because we needed his pen for an emergency arrival of a mum with kittens we moved him into Toby’s Den to join Benny and Totti. He is now enjoying the freedom of the rescue centre grounds during the day which he seems to really be enjoying.
