Some of the Cats we have Rehomed
HARRY, age 15. He was found as a stray, sitting beside a busy road, no one claimed him. He is blind but is a lovely, friendly, affectionate boy who just loves being with people and being stroked. He has happily found a special caring home where he can enjoy human company in a safe environment.
PERRY, age 9, was left behind when his owners moved. He is a friendly, laid back boy who loves a cuddle and now has a lovely new home of his own.
BEA, age 13, came to live with us when her owner had to go into a nursing home. She has apparently sorted out the dog she moved in with, helps the next-door-neighbour with her gardening each day before making a fuss of her owners when they get home from work.
ALBERT, aged about 15, was found as a stray collapsed in a garden, until recently he lived in the Pavilion. He now has a wonderful home of his own where he is extremely happy.
MUFFIN (left), age 13 and TINKY (below), age 11. Their owner died and left these two sweet 'girls' are in need of a quiet home which they have, happily, now found.
TINKY
HARVEY, age 4, has gone to a couple who love having him as a member of staff at their bed and breakfast business.
KIKI, age 7, arrived as a stray and in poor condition with her long fur badly matted. As she recovered it became obvious that her temperament and lack of litter training meant we could not re-home her in a domestic situation. Not every charity will take such a cat but we home a number like her every year in outdoor/rural settings. Queen of all she surveys, on a 9 acre estate, this now beautiful cat is much loved by her new owners.
CHLOE’S owner took her to be put to sleep as she wanted to travel in her retirement but the vet suggested that instead she brought her to us.
Chloe came to live in the Pavilion in 2008 when she was 15. A pretty and affectionate cat she soon became popular with visitors.
In fact a couple, who have given us much support, liked her so much that she went to a new home with them in May 2009.
